Hobbies: Chiyo loves water, therefore she loves to swim a lot and used to be on her
school's swim team. Now that she graduated, Chiyo decided to take a year off to figure out
what she wants. In the meanwhile, she works at a local aquarium, helping to clean up the fish
tanks and feed the fish.

Personality: Chiyo's moods flunctuate just like water. At random times, she can be overly bouncy
or very depressed. However, she is very loving and affectionate towards those she loves.
She gets very angry whenever someone insults her way of dressing, or the things she
loves, but that anger quickly goes away once she deals with that insult-er.
Much like water, which is her power, it is strongest during a full moon and whenever
there is a high tide.
Weapons: a very fancy looking, but dangerously sharp as well, Sea King's Trident.

Name of Attack 1: Crystal Shard Overflow
Description of Attack 1: This attack comes when called out by Chiyo when she waves her trident
into the air. Large water beams shoot from the ground and jettison into the air, coming down
split second later as large, frozen ice spears that rain on the ground and onto the enemy
Name of Attack 2: Eternal Wave Crest
Description of Attack 2: During this attack, Chiyo takes her trident and draws a curved line
in front of her. As she calls out the name of the attack, a giant wave apprears in that line and
as Chiyo points her trident at the target, the tidal wave crests and hits the enemy with
one of the most powerful strengths in nature. It either kills the enemy with its sheer force
or leaves them very hurt.
Civilain Description: Chiyo loves to wear black, and when she means black, she means it.
She's dressed exactly like a goth, but ones during the Victorian Era on Earth. Which means
she wears corset tops and frilly, black dresses with lacy, underlying white skirt layers.
Chiyo also paints her face in complete white and black stripes, depending on
how the dresses go [almost like an Orca].
Senshi Description: Chiyo wears a geisha like outfit, with the white make up and blood red
lipstick. Her kimono is all black with glittering wave images that seem to constantly move.
The sleeves however are different and made to be long, and flowing, just like the legends of
Japanese mermaids and the sleeves end in pink color.
History: Chiyo was born in Japan, but brought to America to live with her aunts for a while.
Now back to Japan, Chiyo starts over a new life once again. She does not however know that
she is a sailor scout and that power is yet to be awakened.
